General Fiber Optic Conditions

1. LINE FEE

Monthly line fee 19.99 €/ month.

2. CALLS DETAIL FROM LANDLINE

Unlimited calls to national landlines every month (billing cycle) and 60 minutes to national mobiles. Exceeded the limits of calls to mobile from a landline: calls will be billed  24,20 cent/min + call establishment 20cent.

3. DETAIL RATE MAIN LINE PACKAGE:

3.1. Voice calls
Unlimited calls to national landlines and mobiles.  Excluding calls to special rate services (901, 902, 70X, etc.) and short numbering. Check prices in:

Use of voice service only for telephone conversation and no other uses such as “baby watch”, “walkie talkie” or similar.

The SIM card can only be used in mobile devices. The use is switchboards, simboxes, telephone booths and other elements of telephone traffic concentration in wich massive calls are made or for traffic re-routing services is prohibited.

Calls made in circunstances contemplated in the previous points will be billed to 10 cent/min and 20 cent call establishment.

4. COSTS FOR BREACH OF CONDITIONS

4.1. FIBER installation costs
In the event that the client request the cancellation of the order after installation, and terminate before 12 monthes, have to asume 150€ (not prorated) in concept of installation costs.

4.2. ADSL Connection costs/ ADSL Registration costs.

In the event that the client request the cancellation of the order once the landline service was activated, and terminate before 12 monthes, have to asume the payment of the discount on connection costs from wich you would have benefited at the time of registration (100€ not prorated)


4.3. Non-return of equiment costs

In case of terminate the ADSL/ Fiber services and non-return the equipment in a term of 30 natural days, it’ll be penalized with 50€ in the case of an ADSL router, and 100€ for fiber router.



5. Unsubscription or cancellation of the mobile service integrated in package:

If the unsubscription or cancellation of the mobile service integrated in the package occurs and the client want to keep the landline, must indicate to Arcetel S.L. before the end of the calendar month in wich the unsubscription or cancellation of the mobile service occurs, the landline rate you want take (among those that FONE commercializes at that time)

If in this period the client doesn’t make any indication, the landline services it’ll be billed according to the rates whose characteristics are more similar to those of the landline part of the package.
